Who we are
Digital Aultis OÜ is a private limited company incorporated in Estonia. Our registered office is at Pärnu mnt 41a-303, 10119 Tallinn, Estonia. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What data we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name (optional) and the message you write. We collect no other personal data. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools on this website.
How we use your data
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, if an engagement follows, to fulfil the service. We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) at the point of form submission, and on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to business enquiries.
Data retention
We retain contact enquiries for 24 months, after which they are permanently deleted. If an engagement agreement is signed, we retain relevant records for the period required by Estonian accounting law (7 years).
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, write to hello@digitalaultis.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
Cookies
This website uses no first-party tracking or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a technical cookie (_cf_bm) for bot mitigation. This cookie does not track you across other websites and expires within 30 minutes. No consent is required for this strictly necessary cookie under ePrivacy rules.
Hosting & transfers
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No personal data is transferred outside the EEA except through this Cloudflare infrastructure, which is subject to appropriate safeguards.
